Roasted garlic is so simple and wonderful to have around. This recipe is great because the prep is quick and simple and then you put it in to cook while you’re making dinner and in 30 minutes, you have a decadent appetizer.
- Head of Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Cut off the top of the Garlic Head
- Place on a piece of foil large enough to gather around the head.
- Douse with Olive Oil and pull the foil up around the garlic and seal. [I put this little package in a glass ramekin to guard from any spills]
- Cook on 400 degrees for about 30 min. [I used our toaster oven so we didn’t have to heat up the whole stove]
